WHO

Nominations are collected from Senior Executives for the awards.

HOW

Nominations will be submitted in the following eleven categories. Criteria of each category follows:

  • Airport of the year – Sales growth, shop profit growth
  • Galleria of the year – Sales growth, shop profit growth
  • Merchant team of the year - Sales growth, gross profit $ growth
  • Division of the year - Sales growth, shop profit growth
  • Excellence Award - Raised the bar, has set a new standard
  • Productivity Award - Streamlined, reduced costs, got more out of less
  • Talent Development Award - Teacher/mentor, one who personifies people development
  • Innovation/Creativity Award - Introduced new radical thinking that made a difference
  • Customer Service Award - Tireless commitment to making the customer experience better
  • Unsung Hero Award - Makes major contribution above and beyond the call of duty
  • Lighthouse Award - good citizen, give tirelessly to the community

SELECTION & RECOGNITION PROCESS

At the beginning of each year, nominations are collected from Senior Executives and a round table discussion is arranged to finalize the winners of each award.
