To honor individuals and teams at Chai Chee who demonstrate noteworthy achievements in support of our company’s strategic direction.

Staff and leaders will nominate candidates for the awards.

Nominations will be submitted in the following six categories. Criteria of each category follows:

• Employee of the Year - Employees who most exemplify DFS Values
• Manager of the Year - Demonstrate noteworthy achievements in support of DFS’ strategic direction
• Customer Service Award – Demonstrate exceptional care of our customers
• Collaboration Award – Employees who most exemplify collaboration and partnership
• Productivity Award - Departments/Total Quality teams that implement noteworthy process improvements
• Creativity Award - Creative ideas or suggestions to improve workflow/processes
• Excellence Award - Departments/Total Quality teams that raised the bar and set a new standard

Nomination forms are available on the DFS intranet and from Chai Chee Talent Management

Nominations are collected from staff and leaders and a round table discussion is arranged by the selection panel to finalize the winners of each award.

Winners will receive the following:

• Employee of the Year - a trophy and S$1,000 cash
• Manager of the Year - a trophy and S$1,000 cash
• Customer Service Award - a trophy and S$1,000 cash
• Collaboration Award - a trophy and S$1,000 cash
• Productivity Award - a trophy and S$2,500 cash as a group
• Creative Award - a trophy and S$2,500 cash as a group
• Excellence Award - a trophy and S$2,500 cash as a group
