WHO

The Talent Management (TM) offices maintain a master list of staff anniversary dates and will assure that the individuals are awarded appropriately. Long service is rewarded on the completion of a person’s 5th year employment with DFS.

HOW

TM will communicate the reward options to the respective managers.

SELECTION & RECOGNITION PROCESS

Communication of the award details and process will be arranged by the respective TM team.
